In this course, you’ll learn techniques to focus your attention on the present moment, reduce stress, and improve your overall well-being. You’ll learn how to use mindfulness meditation, body scanning, and other techniques to cultivate awareness and non-judgmental acceptance. You’ll also learn how to apply mindfulness to everyday activities such as eating, walking, and communicating. The course will include guided meditations, self-assessment exercises, and group discussions.
