Developing a Growth Mindset with Lego® Serious Play™: Challenging the Status Quo and Breaking Through Limitations

One day workshop

This workshop focuses on strategies to challenge the status quo, including identifying and challenging limiting beliefs and assumptions and encouraging innovation and creativity. Participants will explore case studies of companies that have embraced a growth mindset to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
Participants will also learn how to embrace failures and setbacks as opportunities for growth and development, developing resilience and perseverance in the face of obstacles and setbacks. They will explore strategies for breaking through self-imposed limitations and achieving personal and professional goals. The workshop will also cover how to apply growth mindset principles in the workplace, including fostering a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging employees to embrace growth mindset principles. Participants will engage in group discussions and brainstorming activities to develop strategies for applying growth mindset principles in the workplace.
In this interactive one-day workshop, learners will walk away with knowledge and tools to adopt a growth mindset and apply it to challenge the status quo and break through limitations in their personal and professional lives.

Methodology
