Systems Thinking – Overcoming systems blindness
Your probably heard of the expression: ‘Just when you see the light at the end of the tunnel it turns out to be an oncoming train’. This is what happens when you are searching for a solution for an existing problem, but the solution creates a new challenge or what is known as an unintended consequence. When we enter into a situation of complexity, systems thinking is necessary to ensure that our solution does not eventually becomes a problem. This workshop will introduce to you four kinds of systems blindness.
