This course will teach you how to apply lean principles to the process of starting a new business or launching a new product. You’ll learn how to use tools such as the Lean Canvas, customer development interviews, and minimum viable products to test and iterate quickly and cost-effectively. You’ll also learn how to use validated learning to make data-driven decisions and pivot when necessary. The course will include hands-on activities, case studies, and group discussions.
