Conflict Resolution

Duration: 1 day [but can be expanded to 2 days]

In this course, you’ll learn how to identify and resolve conflicts within a team, including communication breakdowns, personality clashes, and differences in opinion. You’ll learn how to use active listening, assertiveness, and problem-solving techniques to address conflicts effectively and prevent them from escalating. You’ll also work on developing your empathy and emotional intelligence skills through role-playing exercises and group discussions.
